jl10 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

By creating a jl10 account, accessing the website or mobile app, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Each player is permitted to hold only one jl10 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• The odds were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error ("palpable error").
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or fraud related to the event.
• The player's account was in a state of suspended or restricted access at the time of betting.

Winnings from voided bets will be returned as account credit at the original stake amount. jl10's decisions regarding voided bets are final.

Withdrawal requests are processed to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. jl10 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, jl10 may require identity verification to be completed. Players who have received promotional credits or bonuses may also be required to meet applicable wagering conditions before withdrawals are approved.

• Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and may take additional time for verification.
• jl10 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for receiving funds are your responsibility.
